My Client is a well respected not-for-profit disability service provider and is currently requiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a 3 month fixed term, full time basis. You will have recent experience in a full function AR role and have excellent communication skills. This role requires someone to have a confident phone manner, exceptional Excel skills and the ability to liaise with various customers and businesses. You will be part of a well-retained friendly team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

**Duties**
- Complete and coordinate end to end accounts receivable functions; including reconciliation for financial transactions, maintaining debtor ledger, handing billing queries, generation of aged debtor reports etc
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded and allocated to the appropraite programs and cost centers
- Ensure that financial information from other business systems are reflected accuratly and timely in the finance reports, this includes information from Carelink
- Ensure that the accounts receivable function is carried out accurately and in a timely manner including ensuring that revenue is collected and recorded correctly
- Responsible for accounting and financial record keeping operations in absence of the finance manager
- Manage the chart of accounts for the business in conjuction with the Finance Manager

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Recent experience within a full-function accounts receivable role
- Solid experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Experince in relevant the healthcare or not-for-profit industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great initiative and problem-solving skills
