**About the IFD Program**

The IFD program is an introspective exploration that bridges personal identity with entrepreneurial potential. This self-discovery journey is tailored for individuals who value meaningful connections between their life experiences, personal mission, and professional aspirations.

Through guided reflection on their past (childhood experiences, environmental influences), present (unique tendencies, strengths, and identity), and future (life mission, mastery theme, and entrepreneurial visions), participants gain profound insights into their purpose. The program supports them in designing a Mastery Theme-a blueprint for addressing long-term systemic challenges, reshaping industries, and building a legacy of impactful innovation.

This isn't a conventional program with fixed curricula; it's a personalized journey of transformation, where participants work closely with us to align their innate tendencies and life story with the broader vision of building a sustainable and meaningful future.

We are seeking passionate individuals with expertise in fields like counseling, coaching, therapy, or psychology/sociology to help us guide aspiring entrepreneurs on this deeply personal and transformative journey. If you have experience supporting others through self-exploration, identity building, and personal development, your skills can help shape the future of impactful entrepreneurship.

Join us as an IFD Specialist, where your expertise in the relevant fields will help aspiring entrepreneurs thrive in their journey of Mastery by Co-creation with Society (MCCwS).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate transformative IFD programs for aspiring founders, guiding them through personal and professional growth.
- Provide empathetic support during participants' challenging transitions, drawing on your expertise in human behavior and motivation.
- Collaborate with fellow facilitators as a co-supporter to create impactful, engaging sessions.
- Monitor and document participant progress with both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive learning environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

**Requirements**:
- Some experience in relevant fields (counselling, career coaching, life coaching, etc)
- Proficiency in communications and meta thinking/analysis
- Active and empathetic listening skills
- High level of self-awareness
- Ability to withhold judgement or biases and recognise any bias/judgements they personally have
- Proficiency in managing sensitive, confidential information.
- Time management for individual sessions and the overall IFD process
- Exceptional ability to facilitate effectively and purposefully.
- A passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to nurturing entrepreneurs-of-tomorrow
- Proficient in the English language at a business level or higher
