YOUR OPPORTUNITYDue to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Storeperson to join our high-performing and close-knit team based in Mt Gambier SA.In this key role, you'll primarily work within the warehouse and support the trade store where needed.
The purpose of this role is to provide support across key activities such as receiving, picking, packing, dispatching goods according to business and supplier documentation, and completing other warehouse duties like forklift operations.We are seeking a hardworking all-rounder who is willing to get involved and assist the team across various functions.Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders (including freight management)Operating forklifts within the warehouseReceiving, labelling, and storing incoming goodsSorting, loading, and unloading vehiclesEnsuring shelves are stocked and well-displayedAssisting at the trade store counter and maintaining general housekeepingData entry of customer information and ordersTo Be Successful, You Will Have:Proven experience in a trade store, retail, or warehouse environmentFriendly, customer-focused service skills with a 'customer first' approachExcellent time management and clear communication skillsProactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindsetGood computer skills and experience with MS Office (RF device experience is a bonus)A desire to develop and grow your career with usForklift license and experience is essentialStandard working hours are from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, with potential variations based on business needs.Culture & BenefitsWe value our employees and offer a range of benefits including:Competitive salary and incentivesTeam member discount card for Kmart, Bunnings, Target & OfficeworksAnnual Wesfarmers share plansRefer-A-Friend program earning up to $2,000 per referralDiversity and well-being initiativesTeam events and celebrationsDiscounts from over 300 corporate partnersGenerous parental leave policyNEXT STEPSIf you meet most of the criteria and wish to apply, please submit your application today.
