If so, we want you to join our team at the Mt Gambier RAA Shop Reporting to the Mt Gambier Shop Manager you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
  • Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
  • Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.
  • Plus much more

Hours

Full time training from 22nd September to 15th October (one week in Adelaide), after training you will be working approx. 2-3 days per week.

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

  • A genuine passion for helping others.
  • Proficient with the use of computers.
  • Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
  • Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
