**_About the Role_**

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Detect and diagnoses faults in engines and parts.
- Repair and replace worn and defective parts and reassembles mechanical components, and refer to service manuals as needed.
- Reassembles engines and parts after being repaired.
- Tests and adjusts mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance.
- Fault finding.
- Testing and commissioning of new machines.
- Ensure paperwork & records are complete.
- Pre & Post checks of machines / equipment.
- Assist stakeholders with technical enquiries.
- Test equipment and check that specific requirements have been met.
- Carry out mechanical inspections in accordance with manufacturers requirements.
- Strip and assess equipment for repairs.
- Plan and maintain fleet equipment.
- Planning preventative maintenance.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification of a Mechanical discipline.
- Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - desirable).
- Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - desirable).
- Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable).
- Gas Test Atmosphere (desirable).
- Current Drivers License (essential).
- High Risk Work License (advantageous).
- Full Australian work rights.
- HR/HC Drivers License (Desirable)

Please note, screening and interviews may take place prior to the advertised close date. The salary banding for this position up to $105,000.00k p/a + reasonable overtime worked, paid at an overtime rate + 11% superannuation. There will be the requirement to mobilise to Onshore and Offshore facilities within this role as per project demand.
