Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated café attendant to join our team. As a café attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience in our establishment.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages to the company's standards, maintaining high levels of quality and presentation.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals, supporting colleagues in meeting targets.
  • Opening/Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocktakes and cash handling.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a barista (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in food handling (preferred).

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days and weekends.
