**About the role**

**We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.**

**Responsibilities**
- Performs monthly and quarterly performance reporting and budget / forecast reviews
- Owns the month end process for IT, ensuring all payment & end user recharge obligations are complete
- Conducts trend analysis on key cost items and develops recommendations for improvement
- Review the monthly costs of key vendors for billing compliance and to validate charges against contract
- Assists in preparing the IT annual budget
- Works with the wider IT Project Management Team to develop the right financial parameters for a project
- Identifying business and process improvement opportunities

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Business, IT, Engineering, Accounting) (desirable)
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Familiar with, or have experience with Telco contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in financial modelling (desirable)
- Strong sense of ownership and self-starter
- Working knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Excellent communicator and team player
