You will be working for a well-established, global leasing company with offices in Macquarie Park, Sydney, that specialises in providing a range of leasing finance solutions for companies of all sizes looking to finance their IT equipment.

You will be working in a small, dynamic and fast-paced office. You will be responsible for credit/financial analysis, measuring lending risk of clients and you need to be able to speak with people at all levels, so a confident and outgoing personality is vital for this role.

This is a junior role, so you need to be looking for the opportunity to develop the credit or financial analysis skills you have already gained. If you are a confident Graduate looking for that first career break, you may be considered for this role depending on what work experience you have gained and how confident you are as a personality.

**The role**:

- Liaise with managers and clients to help facilitate the end-to-end process of each contract and potential deal
- Perform credit checks ensuring high-quality standards
- Undertake reviews of client P&L and Balance Sheets to assess credit risk
- Make relevant contributions to the risk profile score and credit matrix
- Conduct analysis to identify any non-compliant contracts
- Assist with the creation and filing of all relevant agreements and proposals with associated documentation
- Support account managers in maintaining existing customer relationships and building up new customer relationships
- Work closely with the Marketing and Financial Manager and help assist with any ad hoc administration tasks required

**To be successful in this role, you need the following essential criteria**:

- A Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Maths, Economics or similar
- At least 1 years' experience gained as a Financial or Credit Analyst
- Work experience gained in the Financial Services industry, ideally in a company that sells leasing solutions
- First-class communication skills both written and verbal being comfortable speaking with contacts at all levels
- An outgoing, confident personality with a high customer service focus who is not afraid to speak with people at all levels
- A high attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Proactive and result-driven attitude
- Capable of working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Enjoys autonomy and responsibility, able to work independently
