Responsibilities
Manage aged care clients (75+) in their homes across Sydney
Focus on home modifications, assessments, recommendations, and reviews
Conduct in-home assessments and functional reviews for Home Care Package clients
Requirements
2-3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
Background in community care or aged care preferred
AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
Strong clinical reasoning, independence, and time management skills
Benefits
Up to $108,000 p.a. + super
Car allowance or fuel allowance if using your own car
Additional $50/hour for hours beyond 30 billable/week
Fully flexible schedule (3-5 days per week)
Work-from-home role with no commuting required
Location
This role covers locations across Sydney metro, with caseloads tailored to your area.
