Greenbank Services Club is one of the largest community clubs in Queensland, employing over 170 staff members and serving more than 60,000 members.
The club offers a wide range of entertainment options, including bingo, gaming, various food and beverage outlets, and complimentary entertainment.
We are now seeking an Experienced Part Time Payroll Officer.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, high level attention to detail for payroll data accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively.
They will be responsible for handling payroll processes and other administrative duties.

Key duties and responsibilities include:End to end payroll processing - weekly payroll for all employeesPayroll reconciliation and reporting requirementsOnboarding and maintaining employee records, including changes in the payroll systemProvide adhoc admin support including data entry, and responding to internal and external inquiriesProvide back up support to Accountant as and when requiredIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvementsWhat we're looking for:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a payroll role using an automated payroll systemExperience in administration and data entry with high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a team and individuallyWilling to learn and open to changeReliability and professional scepticismProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Word)Benefits of Working at Greenbank Services Club:This is an amazing career opportunity for the right person as the position will provide exposure to all areas of the Club whilst having the support of the Finance Team.Additionally, we offer:A competitive packageFood and Beverage discounts whilst on shiftFree onsite parkingFun and supportive team culture including quarterly team building activitiesExciting industry If this sounds like you, please submit a current resume and cover letter detailing your suitability for the position.Closing date: Friday 19th September 2025 Please note: A successful candidate may be selected and employed before the closure of the application period.
