About Us - Prestige Tiling Australia Pty Ltd is a growing Tiling and Waterproofing Company based in Silverwater.
With over 20 years of industry experience, we deliver high quality Residential, Commercial and Government projects.
Our services include wall to floor tiling, waterproofing, stone cladding, bathroom renovations and wholesale tile supply.The Role - We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to help us expand our brand presence and grow our customer base in the Building and Construction Industry.
You will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts through both traditional and digital channels.Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Company goals and the latest trends in the Building and Construction Industry.
2. Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, track competitors and suggest suitable products based on current design styles and customer feedback.
3. Plan and run product promotions using advertising, events and digital tools (Social Media / Video / SEO to build awareness and generate leads).
4. Work closely with the Sales team to provide marketing support, including product training and promotional resources.
5. Help build and manage the CRM system to track customer interactions, improve loyalty and increase repeat business.
6. Represent the Company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to promote our brand and expand our network.
7. Build strong partnerships with Builders, Designers and Industry Associations to grow our market reach.
8. Promote the Company's brand by showcasing major projects through Media and Marketing, helping to strengthen our reputation in the Industry.
9. Work with other departments to share ideas and resources, making sure everyone is on the same page and moving towards shared goals.What we are Looking for: Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Building or Construction sector.
Bachelors degree or higher Strong written and spoken English communication skills Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, campaign management and market analysis.
