Our Opportunity
We recognize the skills of Appliance Service Technicians and seek high-calibre technicians to join our team covering Melbourne Metro and Eastern Suburbs.
If you're customer-focused and sustainability-minded, use your knowledge to fix appliances quickly with our spare parts, and satisfy our long-standing customers.
Work exclusively on Fisher & Paykel brands, with focused training on a narrower appliance range than multi-brand companies.
This results in higher first-time fix rates and trusted service.
This role is Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
We support a good work/life balance with flexible start and finish times, agreed with the Hiring Manager.
You will start and finish each day from home, avoiding commuting to a workshop.

Role Responsibilities
Perform professional service repairs at customer residences or in the workshop.
Maintain and develop product knowledge through training and manuals.
Complete all service documentation and cash collection.
Manage van stock and spare parts inventory.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting preferred.
Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) is essential.
Relevant electrical and appliance repair qualifications; HVAC experience is desirable.
Strong communication and technological skills.
Provide excellent customer service.
Self-motivated with a friendly, approachable attitude.
