The role
Here at Hall & Partners, we are looking for a Research Consultant to join our team in Sydney. In a collaborative and connected team, the Research Consultant is tasked with ensuring the components of project work that they are responsible for are delivered efficiently, supporting Account Directors and Senior Account Directors to deliver high quality outcomes, on time and to budget.

The day to day
- Managing the fieldwork and preparation of all research instruments.
- Undertake all tasks that assist the Account Director and Senior Account Director to design, develop and administer all facets of the research project/program.
- Ensuring an efficient and effective process from briefing to delivery of outputs and ongoing engagement that delivers to project objectives, on time, and to expected profit margins.
- Providing support to ensure quality control principles are applied consistently to all outputs.
- Work with the Research Director to write meaningful reports that include strategic insight. Reports should 'tell a story' that informs and inspires client decision making.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients by developing a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.

Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with around 2+ years similar experience who is looking to work on both government and commercial projects - a self-motivated individual with quantitative skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- You are curious by nature and question the status quo both in terms of ways of thinking and working.
- You thrive in a challenging environment where you are encouraged to come up with new ideas and outside-the-box thinking.
- You have experience working in a collaborative environment, where you have worked towards establishing win/win scenarios for your team and your clients.
