Using primary quantitative research combined with business intelligence, campaign tracking, data mining, and predictive analytics, they are in a unique position to offer truly impactful insights.

**The Role**
As a Research Consultant you will dive into a mix of projects for high profile clients. You will work from briefing from delivery, the team being eager to get you client facing and presenting insights as soon as possible.

Projects require out of the box thinking alongside strong hands-on research and analysis skills. You will work on predominantly adhoc/customised pieces but will also be involved in the running of quarterly syndicated surveys which track market sentiment and trends amongst high-net-worth investors and financial advisors.

As well as your day-to-day research role you will have the opportunity to further develop your industry knowledge and reputation within the space by getting involved in industry events and contributing to white papers and thought leadership.

**Who are you?**
- A quantitative researcher with experience working across commercial projects from start to finish (including survey design, analysis, and reporting)
- Agency/consulting experience (c1.5-3 years)
- You love to hold your hand up and get stuck into new challenges
- You love speaking to clients and finding out what makes them tick
- Base level financial literacy - you don't need to be an expert but must have an interest in the sector
- Culture is key You will be someone who wants to join a fun and supportive team who work hard and genuinely like each other
