About The Opportunity
Are you passionate about Aged Care and Nursing? Then this is the role for you. We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part time basis, with penalty rates in play. Shifts available range from AM, PM & ND over a 2-week rostered period.
Successful candidates who are looking to relocate from interstate and overseas, are eligible for short term single accommodation near site. If you wish to discuss this further, please reach out to our Workforce Business Partner Callie on or email within business hours.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of high quality care to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
Responsibilities
Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans
Implementation of care plans for each resident
Accurately report and record information relevant to the residents' care and condition
Deliver a holistic concept of care, utilising the 'Person Centred Care' approach
Using a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships

About You
To be successful, you'll need:
1+ year full time (or equivalent) experience as an Enrolled Nurse
Diploma of Nursing
AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Med endorsed
Valid working rights in Australia
Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and co-workers
