Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

  • Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans.
  • Implement care plans for each resident, utilizing a holistic approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Accurately record and report information relevant to the residents' care and condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year full-time experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Diploma of Nursing.
  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers.
