. Panthers Penrith Restaurants are looking for energetic and versatile customer service professionals to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.
We are seeking energetic team players with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will perform duties related to food and beverage service and ensure our customers and guests are our number one priority.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Waiter/waitress duties including delivering food and drinks to patrons.
Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating).
Food and beverage service; barista and dessert service as required.
Maintain floor cleanliness, including clearing tables and collecting glasses and plates.
Process transactions through the register and handle cash duties.
General cleaning duties as required.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
Proven track record for providing exceptional customer service.
RSA and RCG Certificates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High standard of personal grooming and strong attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and work well in a team or autonomously.
You will be flexible and reliable, with availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
