Overview

Join to apply for the Wait Staff Part-Time role at Panthers Group. Panthers Penrith Restaurants are looking for energetic and versatile customer service professionals to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.

We are seeking energetic team players with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will perform duties related to food and beverage service and ensure our customers and guests are our number one priority.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
  • Waiter/waitress duties including delivering food and drinks to patrons.
  • Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating).
  • Food and beverage service; barista and dessert service as required.
  • Maintain floor cleanliness, including clearing tables and collecting glasses and plates.
  • Process transactions through the register and handle cash duties.
  • General cleaning duties as required.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Proven track record for providing exceptional customer service.
  • RSA and RCG Certificates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High standard of personal grooming and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and work well in a team or autonomously.

You will be flexible and reliable, with availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
