The Role:
About You:
Your talents will include:
Previous experience of efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
The creation and maintenance of a cleaning schedule for the kitchen
Familiarity of maintaining food hygiene standards
Passionate to ensure that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean
Respectful of processes and procedures
Ability to work with ambitious chefs to support the kitchen operations
Some experience of assisting with deliveries and stock management
You will be an effective communicator who can openly work with all departments of the hotel
