Working in partnership with global, luxury hotel chain
**The Ritz-Carlton, Silk Hospitality** has permanent part-time opportunities for experienced
**Housekeeping Attendants** to join our team at the soon-to-open,
**The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne**.

Centrally located in the
**Melbourne CBD**, you will be working at

**Key role responsibilities will include**:

- Continually achieve and exceed our clients, as well as the guest's expectations of service and quality
- Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the hotel guests is maintained, by always operating with integrity and diligence
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management
- Maintain genuine, transparent, and honest communications during team meetings, and work hard to build successful relationships with relevant stakeholders
- A willingness to be flexible and take on additional or varying duties as and when required
- Always work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members that allows for conflict resolution, appreciation of diversity, cohesiveness, integrity, and working effectively together to enable ongoing success
- Contribute to creating a dynamic and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with **Silk's** values, and where respect of all colleagues and stakeholders is paramount in sustaining a **'one-team approach'**

**_About you?_**

Professional in presentation and approach, you are well versed in the expectations of the luxury hotel services industry, and have previous experience in a similar fast-paced and quality focused role.

**Other key experience & attributes include**:

- A genuine passion and commitment for providing outstanding customer service at work
- Experience and knowledge of housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with confident and clear communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a strong attention to detail, particularly with your cleaning and room presentation
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as being comfortable working to daily targets and KPI's
- You possess a strong work ethic, and a reliable, dependable nature
- Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation
- A strong appreciation of workplace health & safety
- The ability to build solid and collaborative working relationships, as well as being comfortable during guest interactions

Please note you will be required to obtain a
**National Police Clearance** as part of the recruitment process.
