Lead Digital Architect Position
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Digital Architect to shape the future of digital solutions for our clients.
Job Description
As a Lead Digital Architect, you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end digital solutions that meet client objectives. This involves designing technical proposals, creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demos, and collaborating with development teams for implementation.
You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance, fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams.
The role also entails developing detailed architectural documentation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus)
Expertise in microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks, and data management tools
Real-world experience solving business challenges across various industries
Mentorship, code reviews, and capacity building skills
Fluent in English, both technically and conversationally

Advanced degrees or certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Experience in Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare industries
