**This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator with a creative flare to join our team.**

The role of the **Business Development Coordinator** will present you a dual role with two main areas of responsibilities, Business Development and Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities - **Business Development**
- Assist the Business Development Manager in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure tender submission documentation is produced in a timely manner and ensuring a high standard.
- Updating RUC's Business Development document library, formatting capability statements, project data sheets and presentation material.
- Produce high level reporting to the Managing Director
- Undertake market and competitor analysis and develop quarterly reports to help inform growth opportunities.
- Proactively engage in business development activities

**Key Responsibilities -** **Marketing**
- Create fresh new content for our social media.
- Craft both digital and printed resources including media releases and company newsletters.
- Co-ordinate business development activities such as trade shows and networking events.
- Research and analyse industry trends and prospective targets to develop engagement opportunities.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Well-developed communication skills with a natural ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
- A proven track record in coordinating innovative and effective digital marketing programs and be well-versed in the world of digital and social media marketing.
- Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks within agreed timeframes and respond to changes in priorities.
- A creative thinker who can identify areas for improvement and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to confidently present to senior management
