**THE ROLE**

We're searching for an accomplished **Commercial Manager **with a proven track record in addressing challenges and delivering outcome-focused solutions within large construction programs. You will oversee commercial, governance (TDS), risk management, legal, finance, and procurement activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project outcomes.

Whilst this role is based at our QLD offices, we recognise the important of flexibility and hybrid working, and are happy to explore what that means to you.

**ABOUT YOU**

Your strategic advisory skills will guide local commercial teams towards innovative solutions, while your ability to negotiate contracts with acceptable risk profiles will be crucial. Mentoring and coaching capabilities will enhance team performance, fostering a collaborative environment for successful project delivery.
