Return-It provide a modern and convenient way to collect eligible beverage containers via Container Deposit Schemes, accurately paying back refund amounts to consumers.

Return-It operates all over Australia and comprises of more than 100 collection refund points, including over 40 permanent depots - join us as we expand our team into Victoria and institute our Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) Network

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

The role of the Partnerships and Channel Manager - Reverse Vending Machines (RVM) is to lead the expansion of the business operations into Victoria and the stand-up of the RVM network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-the-ground horsepower to support and direct the mobilisation phase of the Reverse Vending Machines network.
- Actively engage with partners of RVM locations already secured and those to be sourced.
- Provide proactive account management to ensure ongoing relationships that are beneficial to all parties and constantly maintained.
- Relationship management with the RVM landlords and related stakeholders.
- Conduct routine reviews and facilitate reporting.
- Provide technical support, ensuring the RVM operational promises are being fulfilled and expectations are met from landlords and management.
- Provide customer success by developing a personal rapport with partners, managing expectations, and delivering on training and support.

- You have a background in Partnerships/ Relationship Management / Sales;
- You have proven experience working across or managing multiple sites;
- You are resilient, always willing to roll your sleeves up when needed;

- You thrive when working with people and developing relationships
