**Your new Role**:
The Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) is accountable at an advanced practice level for leading and coordinating the Maternity Inpatient Unit (MIU) and Healthy Hearing Program (HHP) to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice, patient centred care.
