Overview Consultant - Culture, Brand and Strategy.
We Are Unity is a consulting agency focused on sustainable business performance, leveraging purpose, defining vision, embedding strategy, building brands, and unlocking performance culture.
This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model.
What You'll Be Doing As an Associate, work on high-profile culture, brand and transformation projects with a diverse team of experts, at the intersection of business and people.
Dive deep into data by analysing quantitative and qualitative people and performance data—from engagement surveys to productivity metrics—to uncover meaningful insights and root causes.
Frame the narrative by designing presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
Shape employee experience and performance by supporting diagnostics, generating insights, and communicating what matters to people.
Facilitate and connect with stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, and impactful workshops.
Provide evidence-based recommendations and support strategic business decisions with data-driven insights.
Drive for outcomes with a proactive, results-oriented approach and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Manage day-to-day project activities, communicate effectively, and build strong client relationships.
Who We're Looking For You have a background in Psychology, Human Resources, Brand, Communications, Business, or Data Science.
You are a resilient, adaptable team player who takes ownership and solves problems.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in People & Culture, Brand, or Strategy (consulting, agency or in-house).
Strong skills in analysing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
Proficiency in Excel; ideally experience with Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python.
Proven ability to design visually engaging, data-driven presentations.
Experience facilitating focus groups and documenting insights.
Excellent organisation and time management; able to juggle multiple projects under tight timeframes.
Client/stakeholder engagement experience with energy and strong presenting skills.

Employment Details This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney with a hybrid work model.
