**Join Our National Contact Centre Team at I-MED Radiology**

**Role**: Contact Centre Representative
**Location**: Campbelltown
**Rate**:$29.85 + Super
**Hours**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri
**Operating Hours**: 8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT

**Start Date**:13th January 2025

**Ready to make a difference?** Become the first point of contact for patients at I-MED Radiology in our National Contact Centre. Help guide them through their healthcare journey with care and support.

**What We Offer**:

- **Supported Induction**: Start with 6 weeks training (including a 2-week classroom experience and a 4-week hands-on nesting period with our expert trainer and coach)
- **Remote Working Late Shifts**:All late shift rotations between 10am-6pm and 11am -7pm AEST / 12pm - 8pm AEDT provide full flexibility whilst working from home ? (**Note**: All shifts between 8am and 5:30pm, are worked from the office and eligible for hybrid working arrangements after 3 months).
- **Ongoing Support**: Weekly check-ins with your Leaders, plus dedicated online support chats, and a regular team engagement to keep you connected.
