**Contact Centre Agent Casual (Up to 45 Hours/Week) | North Sydney**

We are looking for a **dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **North Sydney**. This role starts as **casual employment (up to 45 hours per week)** with the **potential to transition into a full-time position** based on performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound customer inquiries** with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide **outstanding customer support** by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with **event registrations** and follow up with participants as needed.
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Communicate effectively with customers across **various industries**, adapting to different client requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service processes and overall experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English**: Native-level proficiency in speaking and writing is essential.
- **Additional language skills** are a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in **customer service, call centers, or similar roles** is preferred.
- Strong **communication and problem-solving skills** with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to **handle high call volumes** while maintaining professionalism.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently within set schedules.
