**About the role**:
Are you caring and want to make a difference to the lives of older people? Using your skills and experience, you can provide high quality care services to ensure the physical, emotional and social well being of our customers in a Residential care home.
You must be available to work night shift in this part time position (minimum 26 hours per week).
**To be successful you will need**:

- A demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of older people
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
- Committed to workplace equity issues
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or willing to obtain
