You'll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.
Your role will include: Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordinationDelivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projectsEnsuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met About YouYou're a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments.
You'll bring: Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experienceAt least 5 years' experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory roleExperience working around live services and to TMR standardsMR Licence (desirable, not essential)Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as neededStrong communication, planning and interpersonal skillsA team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performanceEnergex accreditations – highly regarded About CV Offering an integrated range of trade services, the CV Services Group has been creating a legacy our team are proud of since the early 1980s.
