Responsibilities
Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
Min. 2 years experience in service sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
Technically minded; you understand how equipment works
Proven ability to work towards goals while actively engaging with customers
Strong communicator and confident negotiator
Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory
Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve targets
