Your new role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Evolve Therapeutic Services team.
In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to less experienced clinicians, students, and support staff.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with community partners to ensure holistic, trauma-informed care.
Contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives, and the development of best-practice clinical models.
About you:
You will bring expertise in child and youth mental health, with the ability to lead, support, and inspire others.
You will have: Demonstrated expertise in delivering specialist clinical services to children, young people, and families.
High-level communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and services.
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively, and deliver safe, person-centred care.
A commitment to service improvement, quality outcomes, and supporting the growth of junior staff and students.
