- OCBC Bank Australia Branch is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high level executive and administrative support services to the Country Head

**About You**

**What You'll Do**
- Providing quality and timely administrative support to the Country Head in the first instance.
- Coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for the Country Head and the broader Front Office Team.
- Managing diary appointments and logistics. To proactively schedule, organise, and prioritise meetings. The task includes assisting making appointments and restaurant bookings and preparing minutes, briefing notes and agendas.
- Managing events and social functions. Spearhead staff engagement activities like Townhall, Annual Dinner, etc.
- Cover HR Manager during her leave for payroll and related matters.
- Organise the annual flu vaccination programme.
- Liaison and Australian correspondent for Group Internal Newsletter (TELLER).
- Liaison officer between the Property Management Team in Singapore and the on-site Building Manager.
- Support Corporate Banking Team in file maintenance/archival.
- Coordinate issuance of awards for Corporate Banking Team for Simply Spot On.
- Assists in claims processing for Country Head & Front Office, ensuring compliance to policies and guidelines. Raising payment requests for vendors, eg company search, flu vaccination, venue providers and other vendors.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Providing leadership in building positive and supportive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed attention to detail to produce quality, detailed work within tight deadlines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to cope with shifting priorities.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools like Teams, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
