As part of our hands-on Aftercare team, you will manage ongoing administration, support, and maintenance across various industries.
This role requires independent work on support tasks, incident resolution, and high-level technical change management.
You will handle complex technical requests in a customer-facing capacity.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements and maintain the SAP landscape, including:System installationsSystem patching and upgradesSystem copiesFull stack OS, application, and database administrationPerformance tuningTechnical configuration managementIncident and problem managementSAP BASIS consulting, including service restoration, impact analysis, release management, and system roadmapsImplement configuration changes in non-production environments with proper testing and transport policiesProvide SAP security advice and support, including training documentationSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 5+ years SAP experience with broad knowledge of SAP technologies including ERP, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Cloud Connector, BTP Cockpit, NetWeaver, and SAP BW & SBOP BI/DS administrationStrong SAP Basis and security knowledge covering system administration, performance, and lifecycle managementExperience in a multi-client consultancy environment (SAP Partner)Knowledge of SAP components, operating systems, and database technologiesHANA system administration, including HSR, plus experience with RDBMS like MSSQL, MaxDB, DB2, or OraclePSE and certificate management expertisePreferred skills: SAP ECS, SSO (SAML2), SNC & X-509/Kerberos, HANA, MSSQL, Oracle, Linux, Disaster Recovery, System Copies, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Focus RunExperience with cloud platforms such as RISE, Azure, or AWS is advantageousExceptional troubleshooting skills with thorough RCA and incident remediationEffective communication skills in English for customer collaborationSelf-sufficient, organized, proactive, and able to multitask and meet deadlinesWe offer engaging SAP projects to expand your skills and grow professionally within a supportive team at an established SAP Partner.
