**How will I help?**

As our new Product Quality Manager in Consumer Finance, you will be responsible for continually improving our product sets so that they meet our customer's expectations, and to ensure that our products and services are working to design.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Working independently to understand specific customer and business challenges
- Engaging well with stakeholders and ensuring they are kept up to date and are provided with opportunities to contribute to the change that we are making
- Understanding and calling out any potential delivered risks and providing recommendations to mitigating these risks
- Leading the change to completion and to a high standard
- Being the SME for future process/ customer journey re-engineering programmes

**What do I need?**
- 5-10 years' experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally in a product management or Business Analyst background
- Has demonstrable track record in optimising processes and help make a difference to customer experience
- Highly attuned, have strong desire to understand how things work and be hands on in solving a problem
- Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box to solving problems and know how to raise roadblocks in a timely way
- Proactive self-starter who is outcome focussed and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing skills and ability to think clearly. Will be called upon to provide updates to Australian Regulators
