Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key leadership role that oversees and drives product, supplier, and process quality for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Leadership: The successful candidate will lead the planning, designing, and implementation of quality standards and procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as a key liaison for quality matters across the organization, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality goals with business objectives.
  • Certification and Compliance: Coordinate with external certification bodies to maintain ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications, ensure readiness for audits and inspections, and champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality system tools.
  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify trends through data analysis, lead initiatives to reduce non-conformances, and improve product and process quality. Conduct failure analysis and drive resolution through structured problem-solving.
  • Audit and Training: Develop and maintain an internal audit program, train, coach, and mentor internal auditors to ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document Control and EQMS: Oversee the document control system, ensuring accurate classification, retention, and accessibility of quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records. Lead the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (EQMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and corporate quality objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality principles, regulations, and industry standards; excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
