**About the role**:

**Your day to day**:

- Digital benchmarking - Owning and updating the benchmarking documents and with guidance helping planning to populate Measurement Plans as needed
- Tagging - proficient understanding of the requirements for reporting and reinforcing naming conventions for DCM tags to best structure reporting. QA/setup/organisation of Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) tags and creating processes for implementation of UTM tagging
- Reporting - insights and optimizations guru for digital campaigns.
- Additional digital set-up: Responsible for proficient understanding viewability and brand safety requirements for multiple digital formats and leading implementation. Pixel creation and understanding of pixels for management and troubleshooting with key contacts. Proficient understanding of AB testing and BLS opportunities, minimums and use cases to be able to make recommendations to the team. Following planned testing through to implementation and results to record learnings and case studies along with trading lead.
- Digital offerings - be knowledgeable of key digital media platforms and offerings
- Digital tools - proficient understanding of DCM, DV360, FB ads manager, TTD, MOAT, Nielsen Ad Ratings, Google Analytics, AdWords (Paid Search)
- Commitment to passing Facebook/Google/MFA trainings and assessments

**About you**:

- 1+ years relevant media experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills and excellent literacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Works effectively as part of a team - both internally and externally
- Committed to training and mentoring team members
