**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will**:

- **Lead from the front, ensuring your team understands what it takes to provide exceptional hospitality each shift**:

- **Supervise the day to day operation throughout our multiple Food & Beverage outlets whilst showing a high level of leadership and personality**:

- **Conduct briefings and manage the live roster** with all Food & Beverage staff each shift
- Allocate duties and complete daily shift reports on outcomes
- Assist with upskilling and development of team members
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable around all Food & Beverage products including special offers
- **Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience whilst visiting our venue**:

- **Investigate, recover, or escalate **complaints and situations involving customers
- **Uphold our high standards** of providing exceptional hospitality, cleanliness and presentation
- **Promote, upsell and cross sell** Wenty League's products, services, facilities including membership

**ABOUT YOU**
Our successful Food & Beverage Supervisor will have:

- **#Energy** - we want passionate people who are just as excited about our Club as we are
- A positive and uplifting attitude which flows through to our team members
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience with cash handling and using point of sale systems
- **Must have full availability to work rotating rosters including a mixture of day, mid and night shifts**:

- The ability to keep a cool head when working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on being operationally aware
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to empower and develop our team members
- A current RSA and RCG competency card
