An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our fun and friendly team.

**About the role**

Showcase your leadership skills and contribute to growing and developing our talented team, whilst overseeing the daily operations of our various Food and Beverage outlets within our iconic venue.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and leading Food and Beverage Attendants across multiple outlets
- Coordinating the daily functions of Food and Beverage services, ensuring an efficient operation
- Training and coaching team members whilst monitoring and reporting on their performance
- Providing exceptional customer service as well as customer service recovery
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes
- Ensuring processes, policies, and procedures are followed
- Actively promoting and ensuring a safe work environment

**About you**
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role and ideally within a similar environment
- Outstanding customer relations and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster
- Valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
