Zephyr Constructions is an innovative team currently setting new standards in high-quality cladding solution on the Sunshine Coast and surrounds. We service residential and commercial contractors to deliver projects to a superior standard.

Our construction experience includes commercial, renovations and bespoke residential projects.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for carpentry crews to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. These sub-contractor opportunities include working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Measure, cut and install cladding systems to external buildings.
- Proactively complete jobs within allocated timeframes
- Ensuring a high standard of Workplace Health and Safety is maintained at all times.
- Proven experience in a variety of cladding installation.
- Experience with aluminium cladding preferable but not essential.
- Previous experience working on commercial projects preferred.
- Solid understanding of cladding techniques, methods of installation and construction.
- Close attention to detail and ability to work off plans with guidance.
- Be well presented, punctual and reliable with good communication skills.
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- Be able to achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- EWP Licence desirable but not essential on all jobs.
