We are seeking a Collection Officer to join our Bunnings Finance team.
About the role:
As the Collections Officer you will be accountable for a specific group of credit customers. You will be responsible for the reconciliation, collection, maintenance and query resolution for this group of accounts, manage internal and external phone calls in large volumes, we average 1000 calls daily you will be working at a fast pace in a highly skilled dynamic Team.
This role will be based within our Credit Department located at our Store Support Centre Rivervale.
About You
Joining a dynamic team you will resilient in nature, be a fast learner, be adaptable to business needs when needed and have well developed interpersonal skills. You will additionally have:
- Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills is a desired- A commitment to providing excellence in customer service- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team- Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace and multitask.
