**The opportunity**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist in the promotion and achievement of H&S policies and procedures.
- Management of Contractor Database to ensure requirements are being met.
- Undertake Display and Office H&S inspections and reporting.
- Recommend, implement, and follow up on controls to identified risks.
- Assist to compile, analyse, and report on H&S compliance.
- Maintain accurate, traceable, and logical H&S records and filing systems.
- Assist to compile end of month and end of year reports.
- Assist with compiling of audit reports.
- Other duties as directed by the Health and Safety Manager

**About you**
- Demonstrated customer service, administrative skills and experience. 1 - 2 years' experience in Contractor Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role an advantage.
- Construction Industry Induction Card or willing to obtain.
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willing to obtain.
- Certificate IV in OHS/WHS or the willingness to complete within 1 - 2 yrs.
- Current and valid driver's licence.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety laws and statutory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
