**Your Role**

As a Consultant Events you will assist with the production of engaging event experiences and campaigns to drive employee and stakeholder engagement, provide a deeper understanding of IAG's strategy and purpose and help bring to life The IAG Way. You will build close relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**About you**
- You have 2 - 3 years' experience in corporate event management for a large ASX-listed or similar entity or an excellent understanding of what is required from experience working in either Corporate Affairs or Investor Relations teams'
- You'll have prior knowledge of EventsAIR software and experience using Confluence.
- You have good knowledge of local event suppliers and venues in areas where IAG operates.
- You have experience in and knowledge of factors to be considered in arranging events.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and are highly organised, with superior attention to detail and forward planning.
- You also can respond quickly to changing briefs and circumstances and persuade and influence effectively.
- You'll support planning, coordination and the delivery of engaging experiences and campaigns to clearly communicate IAG's strategy and purpose.
- You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of high profile external and internal events that support IAG's corporate calendar, such as results announcements, annual shareholder meeting and investor days and divisional forums, roadshows and leader offsites for the non-operating Divisions, as well as executive sponsored projects such as the launch of our Reconciliation Action Plan.
- You will generate and distribute post event/campaign reports including event surveys, participant engagement and budget outcome to key event stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- You'll manage team calendars to ensure the broader Corporate Affairs team has visibility of internal and external events.
- You'll provide input to enable monitoring and reporting on budget expenditure for events.
