Our award-winning, two-year Graduate Program supports the growth and development of our diverse workforce and encourages you to find your preferred pathway. Our program gives you the flexibility to rotate across our diverse open pit and underground operations. About the role

The Finance and Commercial team partners with our business to provide the full spectrum of finance activities both from a corporate point of view, and at our mining operations.

Within Group Finance this might include ASX, accounting and monthly reporting, statutory reporting including the balance date audit process and shared services including the accounts payable process. Within Group Commercial this may include running a tender process, annual strategic and operational planning. You can also expect yourself to integrate into the Group capital expenditure process as well as treasury operations.

During your site rotation you can expect to be part of the accounting and monthly reporting process, life of mine planning and annual budgeting. You may also be involved in business improvement projects such as identification, scoping implementation and tracking.

A combination of Group Office (Sydney) and site-based rotations are expected throughout the program.

**Prerequisites**: A Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or similar degree completed within the last three years.
