**The Opportunity**

As an
**Accounts Receivable Team Leader** on a
**permanent full-time** basis based in our South Brisbane office, you'll join a truly connected and talented team who are passionate about delivering positive outcomes so that we're providing the best possible patient care.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of 5 Accounts Receivable Officer that focus on providing quality service to Icon Group's pharmacy division.

Our team makes us who we are, they shape our impact and drive our success. And at Icon, you will be a true champion of our patients care by:

- Managing the daily work activity and operations of the accounts receivable team
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies, and following up on customer requests and negotiating with past due accounts
- Overseeing the team's key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring pharmacy debtors are tightly managed and receipts are within set KPIs
- Ensuring orientation and on-the-job training occurs within the required time frames
- Ensuring receipt of major accounts within agreed terms and report in a timely manner
- Contributing accurate monthly aged debtors information for reporting

**What you'll bring**
- Strong accounts receivable experience
- Proven experience mentoring and leading a team
- Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise workload
- With a key eye for detail, you'll have a willingness to solve problems
