Big Loaf Factory Bakery is an award winning wholesale bakery in O'Connor, supplying Perth with the finest Australian bread and pastries. Some of our customers include North Street Store, Little Loaf, Wards Central Dining, Wholefood Circus and Community Coffee - some of the best venues in Perth.

Our vision is 'to shape a world where everybody eats better' and that is a big vision. We have a new position for a **permanent full-time and casual Bakers** to 'puff' up our legendary **day and afternoon** team.

**What you will do?**

Our bread offerings include:

Selection of hand curated breads
Puff pastry
Sausage rolls and pies
Magnificent croissants
Fillings like creme patisserie and our famous jam
Cakes, vanilla slices and other delectable treats including cinnamon scrolls

**Who are you?**

We need someone who shares our values:

Available for Immediate Start with weekend availability
Committed to doing their best work and constantly improve
Friendly, punctual and presentable
Able to work diligently solo or in a team
Passionate about bread, cake and food in general
Baker qualifications and/or relevant experience (desirable)

**What we can we offer?**
We are looking for a Baker keen **to work day and afternoon shifts (2pm to 11pm)**
We pay according to the relevant award, your qualifications (if any) and your experience and what can you bring to the team?
