**Responsibilities**:

- Baker:_
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and baked goods, with a focus on sourdough
- Follow recipes and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure quality and consistency in all products
- Baker Assistant:_
- Support bakers with dough preparation and baking tasks
- Assist with measuring, mixing, shaping, and cleaning
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

**Qualifications**:

- Previous baking experience preferred (especially with sourdough), but not required
- Experience in kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices preferred, but training offered
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable with early morning shifts and physical work
