A unique opportunity now exists for **Customer Service Assistant** to work at Moddex located in **Boronia VIC **on a **Full-Time **basis.

**Some Key Responsibilities and Tasks Include**:

- Take incoming calls and web enquiries from repeat customers
- Take incoming calls from Architects with queries on our products
- Assist walk-in clients
- Participate in Tele Sales campaigns (Outbound calling)
- Assist project consultants with take offs, mark ups and quoting when required
- Assist the Estimator with Tender overflow
- Complete supplier registration paperwork, and tender submission forms where required
- Keep opportunities and tasks in the CRM clean and up to date
- Any other support tasks that may come up from time to time
- Assist project managers with preparing SWMS and project paperwork such as Warranties etc
- Assist with organising schedules, raising PO's etc if required
- Categorise A, B, C and manage repeat client database in the CRM
- Report on client spend and trends
- Make regular check in calls and record notes
- Co-ordinate and drive campaigns to increase share of wallet/customer spend
- Share feedback with team members and populate NPS scoring
- Manage loyalty programs and customer gifting/incentives
- Follow up on concerns on or complaints received - Raise NCR's
- Support Marketing as required with reaching repeat client base

- Construction industry knowledge

**Remuneration.**

Salary will be experience based and negotiable.
