About this role:_**

Reporting to the Sales Operations Team Leader, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing Divisional support with customer and price related queries and providing administrative support to Sales Operations and Customer Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and coordinate the special (discount) pricing function and prepare price/quote agreement documents
- Assist the process of dispatching tender samples
- Create sales and pricing reports for agreement renewals
- Initiate the process of returned goods
- Maintain process documentation, letter drafting, ad-hoc reporting on request

Qualifications:

- Experience working within a highly regulated environment (such as Medical Devices) preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) desirable
- Experience working with Business Intelligence software preferred
- Previous Customer Support experience highly desirable
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
