About the role
As the first point of contact for our customers, our Customer Service Officers add genuine value to our customers through a range of simple and straightforward banking products and services.
This position is primarily based at our Sydney CBD Branch; however, you will be required to work at our other branch locations including Bankstown, Marrickville, and Maroubra as needed.
Reporting to a Customer Service Manager, key responsibilities include :
Greets customers with a smile and enthusiasm, and pro-actively explores their needs
Identifies potential product and service offerings to add genuine value
Manages a client portfolio through a robust calling program
Refers lending and other product or service opportunities to our retail and business bankers
Provides a delightful customer experience to each and every customer
Resolves customer queries with simple and practical solutions
Maintains prudent records of every customer interaction through Salesforce
Understands and adheres to all policy, process, risk, and compliance requirements
